Design and constrution of a storage shed for storage of 7,500 metric tons of decalcium phosphate. System capacity is 250 metric tons per hour filling the warehouse and 150 metric tons per hour for the resumption of the warehouse to the existing reserve silo. The shed is 90 feet x 200 linear feet with steel structure, fabric covered and block walls of precast concrete.
Turnkey construction project of a shelter for rail cars in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The construction includes a steel reinforced structure with H-beams, metallic purlins and girts. The shelter includes a safety line system over the rail cars with access platform and insulated walls to reduce noise.
Design and job supervision. Modifications to the bulk handling conveyor at the wharf to increase the receiving rate of sugar and to permit bigger ships to berth and to unload.
The project includes:
modifications to the existing 48" wide belt conveyor;
concrete tunnel extension;
shorten the existing shed to lengthen the wharf;
redo electrical and control system; and
new handling systems of 1000 tons per hour of sugar.
Construction of a flat storage building for bulk fertilizers.

fertilizers into a flat storage for 10 different ingredients
to be mixed by a complete blending system.
The project includes storage of different ingredients that
feed a blending tower and bagging system.
